Children's Eye Exam in New Westminster

OUR CHILDREN MATTERS

At EyeHaus, we believe every child deserves the best start when it comes to their vision and eye health. With children spending more time on digital devices than ever before, regular eye exams play an important role in monitoring their developing vision and identifying potential concerns early.

A comprehensive eye exam can help ensure your child is seeing clearly, developing healthy visual skills, and that both eyes are working together properly. Our goal is simple: to help your child see well, see comfortably, see straight, and thrive.

When should my child get an eye exam?

We encourage parents to bring children in to screen for any sight threatening conditions such as amblyopia (lazy eye) and myopia (nearsightedness). Your child's first eye exam should be between the ages of 6 months to 2 years old. Another exam between 2 to 4 years old and every year starting from 5 to 18 years old.

Moreover, a comprehensive exam ensure that your child's glasses prescriptions are up to date, reducing the strain on their eyes and enabling them to learn, laugh and play. So, prioritize your child's future and schedule a comprehensive eye exam for your child(ren) with us today!
