Dr. Winnie Li

Optometrist

Born and raised in Toronto, ON and graduated from University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science, Dr. Winnie earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. She is dedicated to educating her patients about eye health and delivering the highest quality care. In her spare time, Dr. Winnie taking her daughter to museums and parks.

Optometrist

Dr. Jenny earned her Doctor of Optometry from University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. She returned to London, Ontario to practice before moving to Vancouver. Dr. Jenny is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for. In her free time, she enjoys bouldering and always up for an outdoor adventure.

The Everything Technician

Jacky, a proud SFU Engineering graduate, is the ultimate multi-tasker at EyeHaus. From tech guru to receptionist, lab technician, and optician, he handles it all. If Dr. Li isn’t available, Jacky is always ready to assist. He’s typically around in the evenings and on the weekends. Known for his love for fruity bubble teas, watermelon, pizza, and fried chicken, he can even be “persuaded” with a bubble tea for a friendly discount! 

Optometric Assistant / Eyewear Stylist

John is an experienced eyewear specialist with over 10 years in the industry. His expertise in frame and lens selection, combined with his personalized approach, ensures every patient receives attentive care tailored to their needs. As a skilled technician, John also takes pride in adjusting and servicing glasses to achieve the perfect fit and optimal comfort.

Outside of work, John enjoys video editing and catching up on the latest movies.

Optometric Assistant / Eyewear Stylist

Latifah has been in the optical industry since 2019 and enjoys helping patients find the perfect frames to match their style, personality, and everyday needs. She believes that choosing eyewear should be an enjoyable experience and takes pride in helping patients find frames that not only look great but also make them feel confident and comfortable. Latifah enjoys getting to know each patient and helping them discover eyewear that suits their individual preferences. Outside of work, Latifah enjoys cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring new restaurants.

Optometric Assistant

Originally from Hong Kong, Phoebe moved to Canada early 2025 and is a valued member of the EyeHaus team. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, she enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She assists with reception, pre-testing and administrative tasks, ensuring each visit runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys snowboarding, going to the gym, and watching Netflix.
